Cobra snake in Singapore not popular than Lion, why? Because The Lion is the symbol of the Country, before the singapore became a Republic upon its secession from the Federation of Malaysia we call that country is Temasikh, some old man told temasikh is Arabic sentence, plural timsah it's meaning " crocodile " in Singapore have no Lion ( Singa ) except in the zoo, why them use the lion? Maybe this is chinese symbol...whatever just ignore. Now Singapore is not Malaysia Federation, neighbour forever.!!!
